FAQ

Does my phone support eSIM?
iPhones from the XS, Google Pixels from the 3 and most recent Samsung Galaxy phones do, as long as the phone is not locked to your carrier. In your settings, look for “Add eSIM”. Otherwise, choose the SIM card sent by post.
Do I keep my number?
Yes. The pass is for mobile data. Your usual SIM stays in the phone and keeps receiving your calls and texts.
When does the pass start?
On the departure date you enter, for 30 days. We activate the line the day before so it is ready when you land. If you leave today, the eSIM arrives within minutes of payment; allow a few hours before data works.
What if I run out of data?
Data stops until the end of the pass. No overage is ever charged. You can order another pass.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your account, until the line is activated (or, for a SIM card, until it is shipped). You get a full refund.
Where can I see my usage?
In your account, with your email address: we send you a sign-in code, no password to remember. Usage is updated once or twice a day.

Who is behind it

European SIM is a service of MEOWAN, a small telecom operator based in Marquise, in northern France. No call centre, no chatbot: if anything goes wrong before or during your trip, write to hello@meowan.fr and the team that built the service will answer.
